This Privacy Policy describes how AI Dewdrop ("AI Dewdrop", "We", "Us", or "Our") protects your privacy when you use AI Dewdrop services ("Services") which includes the Web site located at AI Dewdrop to the "Site") and all AI Dewdrop mobile phone applications ("Mobile").

This Privacy Policy together with our Terms of Service applies to information (including personal information) collected during your use of AI Dewdrop services. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information that identifies you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us. Personal information does not include technical, device, or usage information that cannot be used to identify you personally, nor does it include "aggregate" information, which is data we collect about the use of the Services or about a group or category of Services or users, from which individual identities or other personal information have been removed. This Privacy Policy in no way restricts or limits our collection and use of aggregate and non-personal information, and we may share such data about our users with third parties for various purposes.
1. What Information We Collect
We respect the privacy of every individual who uses our Services. We collect certain personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. For example, we collect your email address, user name, social network information and other information you provide when you register, set up an account, contact us by e-mail or use our services. With your permission we may access and store photos and videos you provided while using our Mobile applications and Site. See more in SERVICE DATA.
2. LOGIN DATA
3.1 In order to share your content within our apps and services where such an option is provided you will be asked to log in.
3.2 If you set up your account in one of our apps via Facebook, Apple ID, or other third-party accounts, we use information from those accounts, like name, email address, user name, social network information and other information you provide when you register.
3.3 The login information stored by us will be removed when you delete the account.
3.4 You can always delete your account and related data yourself or request the deletion by contacting our support team. See more in REMOVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
3. TECHNICAL INFORMATION
When you use a website or mobile application like ours, certain internet and network activity information gets generated and logged automatically. These are the types of technical information we collect:
4.1 Log data
Our servers passively keep an electronic record of your interactions with our Services or Mobile apps, which we call "log data". For example, when you sign into our services, we collect data about these interactions that includes, but not limited to, the information on where you navigate within our apps, your IP address, the date and time of your visit, device information, and cookie data. We use log data to operate our services, maintain security, ensure reliable performance, and improve your experience.
4.2 Cookie data
We use "cookies" and similar technologies to collect log data and operate our services. You can learn more about how we use cookies in "COOKIES" below.
4.3 Device information
We collect and combine data about the devices you use to access our Mobile apps and Services, including, but not limited to, device type and model, operating system.
4. SERVICE DATA
5.1 To use our services, you need to provide photos or videos before image or video generation. Therefore, we will request your authorization for album access or file access permissions, and you may revoke these permissions at any time.
5.2 Since processing requires an internet connection and is conducted on our servers, the images or videos you submit will be sent to the servers via an encrypted connection. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the privacy and security of the transmission process.
5.3 We promise that the images and videos you upload will only be used for AI model generation. Once generation is completed, they will be immediately deleted and cannot be recovered. Additionally, these images and videos will not be used for model training or provided to any third-party platforms.
5.4 Please promptly save your generated results. Once generation is completed, the platform will automatically delete them within 48 hours, and they cannot be recovered. You shall bear full responsibility for any losses arising from your failure to save the results in a timely manner, and the platform shall not be liable for such losses.
5. How to Use the Image or Video Information You Upload
6.1 Depending on the requirements of different models, our services may involve performing human (silhouette) detection, independent facial region detection, facial information detection, skeletal key point (e.g., head, neck, shoulders, torso, wrists) detection, and clothing (wearing) detection on the uploaded images or videos. The sole purpose of obtaining these data is to leverage the corresponding technologies to generate relevant results. Under such circumstances, the detected information will be temporarily cached in the server memory during the processing and generation phases, and will be immediately deleted upon the completion of generation. Moreover, We do not use any user photos, videos, or generated content to train or improve our AI models.
6.2 The detected facial key points and other data that can be obtained when an effect implies, will not be collected or otherwise obtained without prior consent of the individual which is expressed in providing access to the Gallery.
6.3 Prior to the deletion of the detected facial key points and other data that can be obtained when an effect implies, We will use a reasonable standard of care to store, transmit and protect such data from disclosure. The storage, transmission and protection against disclosure shall be conducted in a manner that is equivalent to or more protective than the measures We adopt for storing, transmitting and protecting other confidential and sensitive information used to uniquely identify an individual, including login data such as email addresses.
6.4 We do not use the facial data, key points, or body detection data to identify or verify any individual.
6.5 We do not create biometric identifiers or user profiles.
6.6 All such data is processed only for generating the requested AI output and is immediately deleted after processing.
6.7 We retain no copies after deletion and do not store raw images or videos beyond the generation period.
6. Other Information Collection
Many of our services require us to collect images and other information from your device's camera and photos. We'll access your camera and photos only after you give us your consent.
We may collect certain technical information about the device you use, such as:

- (c) Language and region settings
- (d) IP address
- (e) App interaction data
- (f) Crash logs and diagnostics
- (g) This information is collected solely to ensure security, improve app performance, and diagnose issues.

7. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) Disclosure
8.1 Our App may request your permission to "Allow Tracking" in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. This permission is requested only if certain third-party services that we integrate require access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to measure performance, prevent fraud, or deliver personalized content.
8.2 You may choose "Allow" or "Ask App Not to Track". Your choice will not affect your ability to use our App.
8.3 What Data May Be Collected for Tracking: If you grant permission, the third-party services we use may collect:
- (a) Device identifiers such as IDFA
- (b) App install and event data
- (c) Basic device information (model, OS version, etc.)
- (d) Interaction and performance data for analytics or attribution purposes
8.4 How We Use Tracking Data: Tracking data is used only for:
- (a) Measuring advertising performance
- (b) Preventing fraudulent activities
- (c) Installing attribution
- (d) Optimizing our marketing campaigns
8.5 We do not use tracking data to personally identify you, and we do not create individual behavioral profiles.

8. Cookies (For Third-Party Login Only)
9.1 When you use Google Login in our App, you may be redirected to a Google-provided web page.
9.2 Google may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain your login session and complete the authentication process.
9.3 We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics purposes, and we do not access or store these cookies ourselves. Any cookies used during Google Login are controlled by Google and are subject to Google's own Privacy Policy.
9.4 Our App does not use cookies to track users across apps or websites.
9. Security
10.1 The technology that we use and the policies that we have implemented are intended to safeguard your privacy from unauthorized access and improper use. We will continue to update these measures as new technology becomes available. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. If you use a password on our Services, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share it with any other person. If you believe your password has been misused or your account compromised, please advise us immediately.
10. How We Use Your Personal Information And Service Data
11.1 We use personal information and service data collected through the Services:
- to communicate with you;
- to process your requests and transactions;
- to improve the Services;
- to customize the services and/or products we provide to you;
- to assist with our product and service development;
- and for other purposes related to our business.
11.2 With Whom We Share Your Personal Information And Service Data
Personal information (and non-personal information) collected through the Services may be shared with companies and organizations that perform services on our behalf (for example, companies that provide data management or other support services to us such as data storage and Web hosting services). We may share your log data (without revealing personal information) with third parties to serve you relevant advertising (learn how advertising partners collect and use data) and market our products.
11.3 Disclosure of Personal Information
Also, we do not disclose the personal information we collect through the Services unless:
- you or your legally authorized representative consents to the disclosure;
- the disclosure or is required by State or federal law or municipal ordinance;
- the disclosure is required pursuant to a valid warrant or subpoena issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
We do not disclose your images or videos, which you have uploaded for editing and manipulation to any of the Services unless you share them (along with the results) yourself at our Site, Mobile and other Services, or at third party services.
11. Modifying Your Information — Opt-Out/Opt-In
12.1 We respect your right to make choices about the ways we collect and use your personal information. You may update or modify your information or change your privacy preferences at any time via our Services. Requests to disable your account should be sent to [email protected] for faster processing.
12. Remove Your Personal Information
13.1 You can delete your account from within the Mobile app via the About section. Once your account is deleted all associated content and data will get removed as well.
13.2 If you connect your Facebook, Apple ID, or other third-party accounts to one of our apps, you can choose to stop sharing this information with us at any time by going to Facebook or other third-party accounts and unlinking your account from our app. Please note that unlinking the account won't delete your personal data in our Mobile app or Service.

13. Refund Policy (Apple App Store In-App Purchases)
14.1 Before contacting Apple Support to request a refund via the Apple Support app, Apple website (support.apple.com), or by calling Apple's toll-free service number, you may need to verify whether your in-app purchase is eligible for a refund.
14.2 Refund approval is subject to compliance with Apple's official App Store in-app purchase refund terms and conditions, and all refund requests will be processed in accordance with Apple's standard refund procedures (e.g., submitting via reportaproblem.apple.com).
14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy that we think materially alter your rights, then we will post the latest policy to this site. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you visit the Services to understand how your personal information is used.
15. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict (stop any active) processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine-readable format, and to ask us to share (port) this data to another controller. 16. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
If you are a minor, you shall use our services with obtaining prior consent of your parent or legal guardian (collectively, "guardian"). We recommend that the guardians of minors shall read this Policy carefully, and we also recommend minors to obtain guardians' prior consent and guidance before submitting personal information in your use of our services.
AI Dewdrop respects the privacy of children under the terms of COPPA. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
